Terms, Policies & Extras:
- The check – in time is 12:00 Noon and check out time is 10 A.M.
- Early check in/late check-out will only be given subject to availability and would be charged extra.
- Request for upgrades and extra beds are subject to availability and would be charged extra and have to be informed in prior.
- We don’t serve Non- Vegetarian food, nor do we allow the same in Resort.
- Any damage to Equipment and Ground will born by User.
- Anything not included in the itinerary will be charged extra as per actual.
- No insurance will be provided for any injuries while playing.
- All on demand facilities like Umpires, Grounds Men and Scorer etc will provided on extra cost and with at least 2 week prior information.
- Taxes : GST extra as per applicable rates
- Validity: Prices are valid from 1 Oct 2022 to 30 sept 2023 excluding extended weekends and between 22nd Dec to 05 Jan. Bookings at this are non cancelable and non refundable.
- Accommodations : As per availability
- Any accommodation offered are tentative we can change to similar category any time.
- Prices are subjected change.
- No refunds in case of any cancellation due to natural, social and political circumstances.
- Itineraries are tentative day plan can change as per weather conditions.
- All government taxes are subject to change at any time. Any changes in the currently applicable taxes will reflect in the rates offered and will change the overall costing for the event accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
- Within 30 days of activity date: 25 percent of full amount.
- Within 20 days of activity date: 50 percent of full amount.
- Within 14 days of activity date: full amount.
- Booking done for extended holidays & 29,30,31 Dec. are non refundable.
- Bookings done for 29,30,31 Dec. & 1st of Jan. will be 2 Nights Booking.
Child Policy:
- Below 5 are complimentary without extra bed.
- Between 5 and 10 are @ 1500 +tax / night without extra bed.
Above 10 years: Rs2000 +tax / night with extra bed.
